2nd Asst Accountant
Job description
Onsite 2nd Asst Accountant needed to join 7-person accounting team
Here’s what we need:
- PSL+, DPO, Cashet, and CashetPay fluent
- Louisiana tax rebate and MGM/Amazon studio experience
- Solid skills and problem-solving in Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and digital paperwork processing and filing
- History of learning new software with little stress
- People person with a Positive approach to helping the crew figure out digital paperwork
- Main onsite A/P contact for crew and vendors
- A/P and Vendor reconciliation (POs, Check Requests, Invoices, P-Cards, etc.)
- Accurate and timely A/P entry with emphasis on studio coding and local taxes/tax incentive
$1,700 - $2,000 / week
