Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of onboarding for freelance Accounting teams on platforms such as payroll accounting databases, digital solutions, and banking.

• Manage Accounting team transitions from both Prep to Production and Production to Wrap.

• Collect and prepare weekly funding requests for approval.

• Collaborate with an external auditor to perform compliance audits during the lifecycle of a project.

• Manage department’s archival process of all pertinent financial documentation and manage collection of approved templates.

• Oversee projects in Prep/Post and ensure timely deliveries of cost reporting packages.

• Serve as a conduit between freelance Accounting teams and internal Corporate Finance executives.

• Provide support to Production Finance Executive on special projects, as required.

Basic Qualifications: 

​

• Candidates must have 3+ years of direct experience in Production Finance and/or Production Accounting.

• Knowledge of union agreements and payroll preferred.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with all Production Accounting/Payroll software, Excel (Pivot tables), Cashet Cards, and SAP

• Diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality, versatility, and reliability are required.

• Must be flexible and have the ability to work well as part of a team.

• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with all levels of personnel.
