2nd 2nd Asst Accountant
Job description
Onsite 2nd 2nd Asst Accountant needed to join 7-person accounting team. Here’s what we need:
- PSL+, DPO, and Cashet experience preferred
- Louisiana Tax Incentive and MGM/Amazon knowledge preferred
- Solid skills and problem-solving in Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and digital paperwork processing and filing
- History of learning new software with little stress
- People person with a positive approach to helping the crew figure out digital paperwork
- Must be local to New Orleans
- 1st contact in person or on the phone with the vendors and crew (Friendly demeanor required)
- Responsible for scanning, printing, and filing some if not all of the documents in the studio's box
- Reaching out to vendors and crew for missing documents
- Obtain signatures via DocuSign
- Accurate and timely entry of POs, W9s, etc.
- Willingness to help 1st and 2nd Asst Accountants when needed
$1,400 - $1,600 / week
