The holiday season is officially in full swing! Please note that both banks and Wrapbook will be closed on the following dates:
If your planned payroll date falls on a bank holiday, please prepare for additional payroll processing time to avoid delays in payment.
As an Employer of Record (EOR), Wrapbook will file all quarterly and annual returns for any workers and wages processed through the Wrapbook platform and under Wrapbook's EIN.
It is your responsibility to file directly with the appropriate agencies any financial transactions processed or paid outside of Wrapbook.

1. Fund your final payroll: The deadline to fund your final payroll is 5pm EST on Thursday, December 26, 2024. Payrolls funded after December 26 are not guaranteed to have a 2024 check date.
2. Double-check your worker classifications: The deadline to update classifications is 5pm EST on Thursday, January 2, 2025. If you find a misclassified worker, please reach out to support@wrapbook.com.
It’s easier than ever to add a work location to a project in Wrapbook.
Now, all you need to know is the city and state of the shooting location in order for you to add it to a project.* This means having precise shooting addresses upfront is no longer necessary—you can add them later and still keep things moving.
* Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Oregon, and Pennsylvania work locations require full addresses for local tax reporting purposes.
Vendors paid in USD with international addresses can now be recorded in Wrapbook.
Now when you add a vendor, you can select the vendor’s country and accurately record its information.
This update streamlines the process of working with international vendors and allows for proper documentation and reporting.
Issuing year-end bonuses or other incentive payments? You can now pay workers with payments specifically coded as bonuses.
Simply go to Timecards & Expenses, select Add Expense/Allowance, choose Other > Wages [Taxable], and select Bonus under Wage Type. From there, just enter the details and you're all set.
Startwork Creator now supports new interactive elements, such as text fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons.
Plus, Smart Fields and signatures will now appear as icons instead of text, offering a cleaner and more intuitive user experience.

We’ve enhanced Wrapbook’s General ledger report page with new filters, columns, and reporting options to make it easy to create your GL to your exact needs. You can even create additional transactional reports like an Open PO report and more from this page.

We’ve introduced a new feature that allows production accountants to reverse or reverse and reissue posted unpaid AP invoices and posted Journal Entry transactions.
This AP and JE reversal functionality enables the correction of transaction errors without deleting or altering original entries. It enhances efficiency and minimizes the risk of errors associated with manual reversal of incorrect transactions.
As one year ends and another begins, Wrapbook remains dedicated to increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and output of production finance and accounting teams without adding to their labor efforts or costs.
