Our goal to make your Wrapbook experience a delightful one means continually improving and updating our platform. Find out what we’ve been up to over the last month to ensure that your production accounting and payroll processes are as streamlined as possible.

Updated All Projects Dashboard

We heard your feedback. Now it’s easier than ever to find your projects in Wrapbook! 

• Use the search, filter, and sorting tools on the All Projects Dashboard to quickly locate a specific project.
• See which pending tasks need your attention across all of your projects at a glance. No more hunting around to make sure workers are being onboarded and paid on time.

Production accounting updates

We’ve introduced two new features to make managing production finances easier: 

• Check Printing for Vendor Payments: Now you can print checks for vendor payments directly from Wrapbook. Select multiple invoices to create a check run, print the checks on MICR check stock, and you’re good to go!
• New Production Accounting Roles & Permissions: Now you can create custom roles for your accounting team. All it takes is a few clicks to decide who has access to what. Set access levels for purchase orders, vendor information, accounting reports, and more.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be releasing even more production accounting updates:

• Cost Code Report Tags: The Cost Code Report will now include worker tags. This way, you can review tags on payroll batches before they’re run—instead of just after.
• Fringe Mapping Tool: Create custom rules for fringes so that when payroll is run, worker fringes are automatically coded to the accounts and tags you want.

A few more delightful updates

Here are some small but mighty product improvements to make your day-to-day in Wrapbook a breeze!  

• Help & Support: Contacting Wrapbook and accessing our Help Center has never been easier! Navigate to the User Menu and click on Help & support. Get a direct link to our Help Center and contact information for our support team.
• Workers’ Comp Claim Instructions: Access instructions on submitting a claim quickly and easily. Navigate to Project Settings > Workers Compensation and click How to Submit a Claim. 
• Payroll Submitter: Quickly see who batched & submitted each payroll. Navigate to Run Payroll and look for Submitted by: in the lower right hand corner of each payroll card.
