Our ideal candidate has production company experience and will specialize in Documentary and/or Live Sports --  but your experience in the scripted, unscripted, and industrial spaces is wholly welcome.

Your accounting career has survived the pandemic, the recent strikes, and TV and Theatrical downturn here in NYC. 

​

In spite of recent challenges, your network and expertise have kept you afloat through the changes, and allowed you to master and tailor digital workflows to the needs of your productions.

You're more confident than ever that Key Accountant is the right job for your skill set and personality. 

​

As our ideal candidate, you've already cut your teeth on union payroll across diverse contracts and jurisdictions, have a thorough understanding of fringes, and speak fluent contract-ese.

​

Because of your excellent organization and time management, you can manage 3-4 shows in production  simultaneously (plus a handful in development and post) with plenty of space left over for helping us build best practices in the accounting department.

You're a great communicator and you have a sense of humor and positive attitude about the work we do and its inherent challenges.  You are experienced and empathetic with production and field crews and work together with them to get the deliverables across the line.
