Payroll Accountant (Freelance, Contract)
Job description
Our client's live production is shooting 1 day in January. Looking for experienced payroll accountant to use Greenslate to process payroll for ~80 crew, talent # TBD (IATSE/DGA/SAG)
Greenslate crew start work processing
Greenslate crew time card processing
SAG payroll set up, timecard processing, verifying Ex Gs
Crew timecard verification and discrepancy notification, verifying Production Report
Facilitating start work approvals, crew timecard approvals and payroll invoice approvals from Production Management
Providing Production Accountant payroll edits to approve before posting approved invoices
Downloading and organizing payroll records in Google Drive
Must be experienced with SAG, DGA and IATSE payroll and be able to parse our specific contracts and payroll edits to ensure correct fringe rates are paid
Familiarity with paying child performers is appreciated
