2nd Assistant Accountant
Job description
We need someone who can hit the ground running, so experienced only. Luckily, our 2nd Assistant is starting on the next season of their TV series. Downside is, we need someone in that role for a few more weeks. Local 871, PSL, DPO, CASHet P-Cards, CASHetPay. Fully digital using Adobe Acrobat Pro and AdobeSign. Seriously, experienced only – at least 2 years experience as a 2nd Assistant Accountant and proficient with digital tools in a paperless office.
Varied, but will include importing PO’s from DPO to PSL, matching invoices to PO’s, tracking PO activity and ensuring PO’s are accurately reflected in PSL, obtaining digital approvals, processing CASHet envelopes, comfortable working with and obtaining needed information from HOD’s and department personnel, able to work fast, efficiently, and mostly, effectively. Comfortable in a fully digital workflow, keeping all work on a cloud-based shared drive, and highly organized.
$1,800 - $2,300 / week DOE, 871 benefits
