Job description
1st or 2nd Assistant Production Accountant needed for 1099 processing
Culver City based production company seeking temporary contractor to assist with the 1099 & 1042 preparation process (i.e., auditing, reviewing, etc.).
Full-time (3-4 days in person per week) position available from Monday, October 21, 2024 through Friday, March 28, 2025.
Must be available to work weekends in January, if necessary.
Qualifications:
• Experience as 1st or 2nd Assistant Production Accountant
• Experience with 1099 preparation process preferred
• Experience with Global Vista, Smart Accounting, and PSL
• Experience in Excel VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, SUMNIFS, and COUNTIFS
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Must be a team player and able to handle a high volume of paperwork quickly and accurately
• Positive attitude working within a collaborative team environment
• Salary Range $1,800 to $2,200 per week P&H included
