TakeOne maintains workers’ compensation coverage for all employees (including loan-outs) paid through TakeOne. There is no coverage for independent contractors, or for workers who aren’t paid through TakeOne.

We understand you sometimes may not have all the details up front—email TakeOne’s workers comp team at workerscomp@wrapbook.com if you have any stunts or hazardous activities to add after project setup so we can update your coverage.

Workers’ compensation limits are statutory, meaning the limits satisfy the required limits of each state. Employer’s Liability limits are $1,000,000

The workers compensation cost is a percentage of gross wages.  The rates vary by state, and are best found using our Payroll Labor Cost Estimator tool.
